Do I need to sign-up for an account to order?

Are there currency exchange rates?

We deal in SGD only. The final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.


How can I pay for my orders?

We accept PayPal payment for all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard and AMEX).


Where can I modify or cancel my order?

Contact our customer service immediately to modify or cancel your order. However, processed orders will not be able to be cancelled.


When will my order arrive?

After you have received the confirmation email for your order, we will send you the tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can check the status of your delivery here at Packagetrackr

Are “On Sale” items eligible for further discount or promotions?

Only the $10 off coupon code that you get upon signing up will be applicable to all purchases. All other discount and promotions are subjected to terms and conditions in each campaign.


Missing items in my order! What should I do?

Sometimes we may send out items in separate shipments. Please check your order status to see if any of your items are arriving separately. If something is still missing, please contact us immediately.
