Warranty & Returns
Cache provides a 14 calendar day one-to-one exchange policy for all defective items that are purchase from the Site with the exception of digital content, consumable items (e.g. batteries, ink and toners), and items that are user damaged, unsanitary or missing major contents.
Individual products may come with other warranties by the manufacturers that are stated in on the product packaging. They may include dedicated service centers in Singapore or globally as specified. For more information on the warranty of each individual product, please contact our customer service and our agents will help you to the best we can.
Cache does NOT charge restocking fees for returns of defective products. If you have received the wrong product or it doesn't match what was shown on our site or we have made some other shipping error, there will be NO restocking fee and NO charge for a return label, provided the item is within its return policy period.
All returns must meet the minimum requirements set out below. If you wish to proceed with the return, please contact our customer service and we will guide you on the process within 48 hours.

*Non-returnable purchases include digital content, consumable items (e.g. batteries, ink and toners), and items that are user damaged, unsanitary or missing major contents.
*Other than defective items, all returns must be in it's original package and the seal must be untouched.
For any returns, we will notify first before refunding the full amount via one of the following methods: Bank transfer (for Cash-on-Delivery only), PayPal or void/refund the Credit Card transactions.
